EUCF PE: Site Process Engineer, EU PE Team, EUCF PE Team

Amazon is seeking Site Process Engineers to work in the EU Process Engineering (EU PE) team. The EU PE team is a group of operational leaders driving process stabilization, standardization and continuous improvement for the EU Customer Fulfillment Network. This team is essential to establish best in class process performance across all different direct and indirect processes, accelerate implementation of technological advancements and to strengthen the technical acumen and process knowledge for the operational leaders across the FC network.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on Back to Basics (B2B) initiatives to identify top opportunities for improvement in the FC
• Drive network best practice implementation and scaling of FC innovations
• Own the deployment of all EU network initiatives assigned to the FC
• Partner closely with the FC Operations team to stay aligned on top issues and implement changes
• Support or lead EU Projects to expand the initial scope and coordinate more than one FC

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Proficiency in English and German (C1 level)
• Experience in Operations as Area Manager or comparable
• High technical knowledge of at least one Fulfillment process path

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong experience with Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies
• Relevant knowledge of change management and continuous improvement
