Responsibilities

• Architect and optimize business processes to support model-based engineering across PLM and manufacturing systems
• Design workflows that leverage applications like CREO, Teamcenter and SAP, ensuring robust data and process integration
• Facilitate workshops with cross-functional teams to capture requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
• Align business capabilities with IT strategies to support digital transformation initiatives
• Provide architectural guidance for system interoperability and lifecycle management
• Support change management and stakeholder engagement across engineering and IT domains

Requirements

• University degree in information technology, business administration, engineering or a related field
• Longstanding experience in business analysis or solution architect roles along with strong understanding of enterprise architecture, business process modeling, and systems integration
• Knowledge of end-to-end PLM processes (Engineering, Manufacturing, Service) and data flow from PLM (TC) to ERP, including Engineer-to-Order and Configure-to-Order processes
• Experience with CREO (CAD), Teamcenter (PLM) and SAP (Manufacturing); working knowledge of CAM, CAE, and CAQ environments is a plus
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
