Unity Developer (Android / iOS)

Overview

We are looking for Unity Developers (Android / iOS) to work on high-scale mobile products in the user acquisition and reward-based advertising ecosystem. The role focuses on building and maintaining Unity-based mobile applications and SDK integrations used across Android and iOS environments, with a strong emphasis on performance, stability and monetization-driven user flows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Unity-based mobile applications deployed on Android and iOS
• Implement and optimize in-app flows, reward mechanics, and engagement logic
• Integrate third-party mobile SDKs (ads, analytics, attribution, monetization)
• Collaborate with backend, product, and UA teams to align technical implementation with business KPIs
• Optimize application performance, memory usage, and load times
• Ensure platform-specific compliance for Google Play and Apple App Store
• Debug, profile, and resolve production issues across devices and OS versions
• Contribute to clean, maintainable, and scalable codebases

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional Unity development experience
• Strong proficiency in C#
• Experience with platform-specific development:
  • Android: Java/Kotlin, Android SDK, Gradle, Google Play requirements
  • iOS: Swift/Objective-C, Xcode, iOS SDK, App Store requirements
• Proven experience developing mobile applications with Unity
• Solid understanding of mobile application architecture
• Experience integrating mobile SDKs (ads, analytics, attribution, monetization)
• Familiarity with asynchronous programming, memory management, and performance optimization
• Experience working with REST APIs and backend-driven logic
• Version control experience (Git)
