Senior Fullstack Engineer (PHP | Java | Angular) – open to all genders and identities

Your job

Develop and maintain features in PHP/Symfony or Java/Spring Boot. Build, extend and use Angular/TypeScript frontends and our internal fc-ui component library to keep our user interfaces consistent, accessible, and scalable. Design and implement REST and GraphQL APIs. Collaborate on scalable, secure, and observable architectures. Work closely with DevOps and platform engineers to continuously improve deployment processes, reliability, and developer experience. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes workflows and automated deployments. Participate in code reviews, mentoring, and cross-functional projects.

Your Impact

Fullstack Collaboration: Work across the full stack - from scalable microservices in PHP/Symfony or Java/Spring to intuitive frontends built with Angular and TypeScript. You don't have to master everything from day one - we value curiosity and the drive to learn.

UI Component Library: Help evolve our internal fc-ui library - a shared, design-driven component system built with Angular that ensures a consistent, accessible, and beautiful experience across our entire platform. Your contributions will directly shape how thousands of users interact with our products every day and how our teams build for them.

Security & Integrations: Contribute to features around Authentication (OAuth, SSO, TFA), Web Security, Tracking, and integrations with external APIs.

Architecture & Scalability: Design and build maintainable, cloud-native systems on AWS, using technologies like Kafka, GraphQL, Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD, and MySQL.

Monitoring & Reliability: Use Grafana, Prometheus, Kibana, Elastic, and Sentry to help keep our systems transparent, reliable, and measurable.

Team & Mentoring: Work in a supportive team that values diverse perspectives, shared learning, and mutual respect.

• Experience with Fullstack Development using PHP or Java and Angular/TypeScript
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like GitLab, and container technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes
• An interest in writing clean, maintainable, and accessible code
• Comfort working with APIs, microservices, or data systems like GraphQL and Kafka
• A collaborative mindset and curiosity for learning from and with others
