We build HR tech for non-desk workers. Managers who lead teams in hotels, retail, and logistics trust us to make their jobs easier. We're 100+ people across the globe with 45 engineers, launching new products to become the global standard. As a Lead Frontend Developer, you'll define our frontend strategy, hire, guide and enable 6 engineers that make our platform the new industry standard. We work in focused 6-weeks cycles - a deliberate post-scrum method built for builders. You'll get time and trust to do things properly: to think, craft, ship, and refine without chaos.
Responsibilities
- Define the frontend architecture and technical standards for multi-market deployment
- Coach, hire and grow a team of 12 frontend developers, including code reviews and driving the adoption of best practices
- Guide the implementation of engagement tools, e-learning systems, and top notch integrations
- Make technology decisions that balance current needs with scalability
- Partner with Product and Design to deliver the features that users need most
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience building production frontend applications
- Proven track record of leading teams through complex technical challenges
- Deep expertise in Vue.js 3
- Ability to make architectural decisions that scaled
- Strong hiring and mentoring skills to build thriving engineering teams
- Focus on quality code, not just the number of closed tickets
- Comfortable with ownership and building from the ground up
