Java Developer (f/m/d) in an established IT software company {Backend-Entwickler/in}

Over 25% of the 100 highest-revenue companies in Germany, as well as hundreds of medium-sized enterprises across all industries, use their solutions. The company continues to grow steadily, with nearly 130 employees working in Neukölln, Berlin.

Responsibilities

• Proactively develop and plan enterprise products, finding new ways and solutions to create cutting-edge products and expand the company's market position
• Analyze potential issues or blockers within the development strategy and plan preventative actions
• Develop a deep understanding of the team/product capabilities and act as an effective coordinator with the team, interacting with internal stakeholders
• Align your teamwork with other R&D teams to ensure your product and its components fit into the overall development architecture
• Be part of a cross-functional team, not hesitating to explore new technologies and thought patterns

Requirements

• At least 4 years of successful experience working in a development team and delivering solutions/products
• At least 2 years of practical experience working with Java 11/17/21
• Deep knowledge and understanding of software architectures like monoliths and microservices
• Experience with security topics such as PKI, S/MIME, OpenPGP, X.509 Certificates, PGP Keys
• Ideally, knowledge about email, SMTP, Java Mail, and Bouncycastle
• Good level of English (at least B2)
